Marvel at the longest jetty in the North West, One Mile Jetty. Located 4 kilometres west of Carnarvon, One Mile Jetty is a spectacular sight. Built in 1987, the jetty travels a staggering 1493 metres off shore and is part of the Carnarvon Heritage Precinct; undergoing restoration since 1998. It was once used as a deep sea port for the shipment of local produce, such as wool to Perth.
The jetty is renowned for its great fishing location and its stunning sunset imagery. From the jetty visitors are able to view the Gascoyne Rivermouth, migrating birdlife, mangroves, and the abundant marine life. One Mile Jetty is a must experience.

Amongst the rugged coastline is an amalgamation of rocks with a series of narrow holes. The powerful ocean swells force the surf up and through the narrow holes creating an awe inspiring image.
