Days 1 to 3 - Explore Exmouth and Ningaloo!
This is a real escape - to some of the most beautiful country in the world and the Jailors will never find you here - whether you keep moving around to see all of the best attractions or you just sit on the beach at Turquoise Bay and swim each time you feel like it!
We recommend that you take a glass bottom boat tour, a whaleshark or days fishing/boating trip to get you out into this most beautiful ocean and reef area and dont forget to see some of the majestic Cape Range National Park! And even way out here your Get out of Jail Free Card has a lot of value with the glass bottom boat tour and some of the great accommodation in the area.
Have a look at the Get out of Jail Free card website - oh sorry WA Pass website for the uninitiated.
We also recommend at least one night at one of the beaches in this area whether you go camping into the Ningaloo Station area or hire one of the magnificent tents on the beach at the Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef Wild Bush Retreat which is not cheap but is great value for those who can afford it. I've spent time there and it is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Of course you need to make sure you are in one of the places you are allowed to enter!

We recommend a visit to the Exmouth Visitors Centre where the wonderful staff can direct you to the best attractions in the area if you have missed something in the planning and they can make bookings for you and get you information.
The Ningaloo Reef area is such a magical place because this beautiful reef and all the wonderful multi-coloured coral and fish life are right near the beach and you can drift out to them and snorkel or just sit on the balcony and look out over the water!
People go to Exmouth for a day and fall in love with it and dont want to leave - you really should allow at least three days here to do it justice!
We have an excellent audio visual presentation on youtube about this area which is available for you to see below!
